What you will be doing:
- To improve customer service quality by supporting, debugging and fixing code and other errors timeously to ensure high availability of dealer websites
- To communicate to project manager technical issues and process improvements in deliver fast, reliable and correctly presented websites
- To build dealer websites and other web projects on time and to specification
- To advise on new technologies to be implemented to improve the content and performance of dealer websites and other projects
- To continually strive for service excellence by improving the minimum standard of service for web development and
- assist with other internal web services such as X3 and Merlin as required
